Birthdays and PotD
So yesterday was my birthday. I had a fun time playing Animal Crossing pretty much all day with my sister. Earlier in the day I got to eat delicious food with my girlfriend and she made me an awesome birthday cake made out of fruit. Not only did it taste great, it looked pretty cool too. Which got my thinking about different ways to go about taking photos of food and drink. My girlfriend asked me if I could take some creative pictures of various things, including water, which has been shot to death. So that's going to be an interesting challenge.
Speaking of challenges, I've decided I'm going to do a "Project 365" or a photo of the day if you will in the next coming days for an indefinite amount of time. I'm excited to see what I come up with when I'm taxed and limited to a certain time frame to put out photos. It's a nice creative endever that forces you to get out there and try new things to keep it interesting and remove yourself from your creative slump. I've got some other things I'm working on, but those will be here in the coming weeks. Looking forward to seeing how these turn out. Game face time.
